No. If it is happy in the US, it will work here. At bare minimum 
bring a grounded outlet adapter even if your gear doesn't require it. 
File down or trim the wide blade of the adapter, since you will run 
into many power outlets in Mexico that accept US style plugs, but 
will not accept the polarized ones with the wide blade. Grounded 
outlets are also uncommon. A small surge protector might also be 
advisable if you are going off the beaten track. Most cities have 
reliable power these days.
