The Titanium is to big for me. My dream machine would be one with the
same footprint as the 2400, a screen which covers the full size of
the lid (OK, I could live with a 1 mm rim) and is made up from the
same stuff that is in the flat panel LCD's Apple makes.
I am still thinking of the Vaio as replacement. Some guys are making
a Windoze version of the MacOS (mac OS running on top of Win) and if
that is reported to be stable enough and Apple has no subnotebook,
I'm off to the Vaio.
I know that the mac is more than just the OS but, still, the OS is
the most important part of it.
