(Time to change the Subject) I was rereading all the CardBus info we've accumulated on mac2400 and thought Tim's info provides pretty good insight of what Kevin is probably doing... http://webobjects.uwaterloo.ca/mac2400/... then Hardware:Reference:CardBus My understanding is that the problem was that Apple screwed up a couple of the connections between the TI 1130 and the card cage, in a manner which didn't cause PCMCIA cards any problems but prevented CardBus cards from working. They didn't catch it in time for the /180, but fixed it in the /240 (and possibly later production /180s).
