Hey all,
I have a Duo 230 with a dock which I really enjoy. I've been thinking about
'upgrading' to a 280c. I've found it's nice to have some portable computing
available, but I don't need a G3-based pb or even a PPC at this point. I
was wondering if some of you would recommend making the move? The main uses
foe my current Duo sre to keep grades, play games, type out the occasional
worksheet, and play games. Sometimes I will play games on it, too.
Speaking of serious work, what pb's will Escape Velocity work with? On the
fun side, the 68k version of the graphing calculator (NuCalc) that is
included with some versions of the Mac OS is a hoot to watch on the Duo. It
really struggles to keep up with the graphing.
Any info is appreciated :).
Rich
