Probably it was dropped and something is broken inside. My advice: Be
careful YOU don't drop it, and if you ever have it serviced for any other
reason or have an occasion to take it apart yourself, inspect for damage and
see it there is a way to fix it. Could also be screws missing if someone
was sloppy in putting it back together
