All- Whenever I come out of sleep mode, my 2400c runs normally for about 5 seconds and them freezes (cursor freezes, keyboard doesn't respond) for about 5 seconds. Then it runs ok. This started happening after I upgraded from OS8.1 to OS8.6. It never used to do this. Even if I start up with extensions off, this happens. I have tried reloading OS, no luck. I have two identical 2400c computers and have same problem on both machines. I could go back to OS8.1 but programs are definately running faster under OS8.6. Anybody seen this problem? Both computers are 2400c/NUPowr G3 240 Mhz/80Meg/10Gig. Thank you for your help. -Greg ---------- Duo/2400 List, The friendliest place on the Net! A listserv for users and fans of Mac subportables.
