I know this is way off-topic, but since we've got some sharp network
people on here I thought I'd see if anyone has any ideas about my
email problem.

My wife and I have email accounts at texas.net,
satx.rr.com(RoadRunner) and my corporate account. A business
associate of my wife has been trying to send her email to her RR
account, but it keeps getting bounced as undeliverable. I thought RR
might have the sender's host blocked, but it's a corporate account
and very unlikely. RR Tech Support didn't have a clue.

As a test, I had the sender send a message to all three of the above
accounts. The messages to texas.net and satx.rr.com all bounced, but
the one to my corporate account came through.

We can receive mail to our RR accounts, subject to the vagaries of
the RR servers, so it doesn't seem to be an issue with the RR
pop.servers. My original thought that the senders might be blocking
RR accounts doesn't seem to hold water since the mail to my texas.net
account also got bounced.

None of the message headers offer any specific info, just that the
mail was undeliverable.

I was going to contact the sender's mail server administrator, but I
thought I'd do my homework first.

The senders email address is a corporate account, but Whois says it's
sent via psi.net, if that's relevant.

Any thoughts would be appreciated....thanks.
