What are the names of the files you are sending? I ask
becuase MS Office for the Mac does not put the ".doc"
and ".exl" at the end of the name. I have had Windows
people who cannot open a file change the name to
include the ".doc" and it worked. As a point of habbit
all my Office files include the ".doc".
