The best site that I found was at:
http://zimmer.csufresno.edu/~cleary/computers/duo.html

Unfortunately, it includes the error that I mentioned in a note a while
ago, which I reproduce here:

There is an error in some of the instructions available. When I followed
the directions, the capacitor specified was C24, not C28. Also, some
pictures point to C24, not C28. Since two specifications (instructions and
picture) pointed to C24, and only one to C28 (the designation), I replaced
C24, but that did not help. I then replaced C28, which is closer to the
wall plugs, and on the same side of the vertical circuit board, and
everything works now.

Thanks to all on the list, and even those with instructions that were
confusing, since I was able to repair my power supply, ultimately for
$1.98! (two capacitors)
