Warning! If you have a weak stomach when it comes to taking apart Duos, read no more! This post involves experimenting of the "Reality-challenged" scientist type. I have the following machines: 1.) Duo 230 24/120. Works perfectly 2.) Duo 270 24/0. Works perfectly when I srop the 230's Hd in. 3.) Duo 280 motherboard. Worked perfectly with the 230's screen, but is refusing to boot with the 270's screen attached. The green light on the screen blinks once. It won't boot with the screen unplugged, either. Why is the 280 be refusing to boot? This is driving me nuts here! Any thoughts? Tom ---------- Duo/2400 List, The friendliest place on the Net! A listserv for users and fans of Mac subportables.
