There are two types of 2300 logics.....mine and yours. <<grin>> All have

housekeeping updates only, no major changes AFAIK.

Here's the newest on this problem:
the 280c screen works fine when connected to its original board (the 280 board)
i re-swapped the screens to check it. So the connector cable is ok.
I also made sure the screen cable was seated correctly on the 2300 board -- in one
last ditch attempt to get it to work.
The connector on the 2300 board appears on visual inspection to have nothing worng
with it... no bent pins....
I also took the pram battery out for 5 minutes to see if that would reset the baord.

That said, it still doesnt work with the 2300 board.
Is there a way to reset the motherboard?
I dont mean using the power button on the back of the duo.... i mean a way to _reset_
the motherboard....
does anyone know?
Is resetting the powermanager the same as pulling the pram battery>? If not, how does
one reset the powermanager>?

What a screwy problem this has become.
i want a colour 2300~!!!!!
