I need a little help. It seems lately that my hard disk wont spin down. I have mine set to spin down every minute or so while on the battery. It seems like every three seconds I can hear my hard drive spin like its writing something to the disk. Even when I go to my control strip and tell it to spin down it does it for a second then comes right back on. Its really eating my battery. Ive run disc doctor, but there is nothing wrong with the drive. Usually the drive whispers when its active. Any ideas? Also, a question about using a USB card on a non-upgraded 2400. Can you put the system to sleep with the card in as long as you dont restart? Ive been thinking about getting one. Thanks. _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com ---------- Duo/2400 List, The friendliest place on the Net!
