I used them to get a (free) diagnosis and a fixing kit for my Personal
Laserwriter NT, and a cleaning kit for an Epson Stylus 600 Colour Inkjet
printer.
Both kits worked perfectly, and the NT kit came with a video explaining how
to do the repair - very impressed. This cost me about $60 if I recall
correctly.
I believe someone on this list recommended them to me actually, so thanks
to them!
