Microsoft products have gotten better over the past few years, IMHO.
Instead of "warmed-over", no, make that "still frozen solid" Windows
products for the Macintosh (Remember Word Six-Point-Oh-My-God?), Microsoft
products are _actually worth using_! I couldn't have said this a few years
ago.

Look -- Office 2001 (made up of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Entourage); IE
5; OE 5 -- all examples of half-decent MS products. Two of them are free!

(BTW, I use OE 5.02. I used to swear by Eudora, and then Claris Emailer,
but OE does everything I need it to do. If you have AOL accounts -- which I
don't -- than Emailer is probably best for you. I haven't used Eudora since
1995 and so I can't comment on recent versions.)

Don't get me wrong. I still dislike Windows. But, you have to give credit
where credit is due.

Just my 2,

Shiva Mayer
