I guess there have been numerous cases like what I am
having now. All of sudden my 2400 went to unstable
then went to the famous "tick of death." I checked
2400 to local (S. Korea) mac technician. What he said
was I have a bad cpu card, so I bought a used cpu card
via Mac2400. I installed the card by myself, and the
machine was working again! very unstable though. Then
the "tick of death" again. The PB is dead once again.
I tried Mr. Sidney Ho's remedy, but it seems not work
for my machine. Is there any way I can resurrect my
2400? Any suggestions?
