All due respect, I'd argue the opposite.
This list really ought to be called the "sub-portable" list so that it would include the Duo series, the 2400 and the new iBook (what do we call it, iBook 2 or "iB2"?) yet exclude out the "toilet seat" monster that was the original iBook.
Keep in mind that the 2400 owners were welcomed on the Duo list when they were current even though the 2400 weren't "real" Duos. What all of the subportables have in common is a user base that has migrated thru most all of the models plus a road warrior mentality of use and applications. Like you say, we would have a lot to offer new iB2 owners as we would all be using similar applications, just on a more updated Powerbook.
