I'm happy to hear that some of you are using the IR-Port on the 2400. Maybe
somebody has encoutered the problems I'm facing:
Though there seems to be a signal coming out of the IR-Port, I can't use it
in any IrDa-Way. My Palm V shows that it is receiving a signal, but no
HotSync is performed. Same problem with my GSM-Cellular which is
communicating just fine with the Palm.
I tried OS 8.6 and 9.1, tried the original IrDA-Files, tried the ones coming
with the Palm Extra Pack ....
Is there any software to check if the IR-Port is working alright. So I could
find out if the problem is with the software or with the hardware ...
