There is no such thing. All Duo2300s had active matrix color screens.
However, you can use a screen from any other Duo as the 2300 motherboard is
backwards compatible with all of them.
If you want to go with a greyscale screen (monochrome) then I would suggest
one from a Duo280 or Duo 250 as they are the nice active matrix models
without the blurring or slowness associated with the passive screens.
