FS is a Mac OS utility (at least up thru 8.5/6) for PowerBook users to
synchronize the contents of their hard drives with desktop machines. The
program only updates files that have been changed, so it saves time over the
wholesale copying of files from one system to the other. There are several
third-party FS programs, but I've stuck with Apple's -- can't beat the
price.

I've long since dispensed with a desktop, and instead connect my 2400 into
an external Apple FPD and keyboard/mouse for desktop use. But I still use
FS to backup to zip disks.

Can anyone help with my original post?
