Well yes, of course that's true technically, but what I was getting at is
that a 2300, being a 68K machine, would require a version of Disk Tools
that goes with the installed OS. I mean, there's a 7.1 Disk Tools, a
7.5.3 Disk Tools and so on. I find that the 68K version of 7.5.3 Disk
Tools will start up about any OS 7.x 68K machine out there. Is the
machine in question running OS 8? No.
