They use Dantz' excellent Retrospect software and FTP protocols to do
Internet backup. That makes it sort of universal for MacOS.
The only caveat is you need to keep a local backup of your settings
files and client software since if your HD does go south you'll need
those to get to your stuff... but then again that is true of all
Internet backup.
