About the only way I can think of to do it is to make a floppy-sized disk
image and copy the files onto it. AFAIK, the Mac looks at it like a physical
disk that's been stuck in a drive. On the other hand, the error sounds more
like a corrupt file than an installer failure, I'd expect an error telling
you it's expecting the disk.
If all else fails, you should be able to copy the files to a real floppy,
though it may be checking for an invisible file. Hard to say.
