Hi all - I tried on another list but couldn't solve the problem, so I was
hoping you all might be able to help...

I'm trying to connect my 2300c in a DuoDock II to an iMac via Appletalk
using and Ethernet network. The problem is that I can't get it to work
using the NuBus ethernet card in the dock. Each machine can see the other,
however, when I try to connect to the machine to mount a hard drive using
the Chooser, it won't connect.

What I have done:
- connect using the built in Ethernet on the Dock, however since I need an
AAUI transceiver, I'd rather not use this as the permanent solution
- connect with a Newer ethernet MicroDock
- recognize the NuBus card in the Dock, both the TCP/IP and Appletalk
Control Panels give me a choice for 'Ethernet slot 2'
- install the NuBus Ethernet extension
- checked to ensure file sharing is on both machines

Other details:
- both computers running 9.0.4
- connected through a Linksys router/switch

Any ideas?
TIA

~ta
