I use an external keyboard with my 2400c. I'd like to get a nice black keyboard for it, but I truly dislike the feel of the AppleDesign's keys (too "pillowy.") At the risk of offending some, I think that the best keyboard ever made was the kb that came with the old (OLD!) IBM-PCs. They had a real nice "click" to them.. but I digress. The graphite AppleDesign is the only black ADB keyboard that I know of, aside from the NeXT. I'm considering getting a NeXT ADB keyboard, and am wondering if folks have tried it/have any thoughts, or better yet, any options on good quality black (or maybe translucent) ADB keyboards. And while we're on the subject -- I'm a big fan of the old Kensington trackballs, the big clunky two-button deals. Did they ever make those in black? Does anyone? What aesthetic solutions have you all come up with in this department? Thanks, -n ---------- Duo/2400 List, The friendliest place on the Net! A listserv for users and fans of Mac subportables.
