Ok folks, I've gone back to the board and tried studying that sucker. If all the powerbooks do use the same TI PCI controller, and many PC notebook also have it, and runs cardbus smoothly, I think almost for sure there are some other stuff we could to modify so that our 2400's will boot with a cardbus card in there.
