I will try and do a search for them, my 280c has a 1.2gb SCSI in it
but I do not know offhand what make it is, I will crack it open
sometime and look, off the top of my head I can tell you that IBM do
an 800mb 2.5inch SCSI but I know others were available.
I will let you know if I can find anyone with larger drives, however
they might be out of production by now as the demand for notebook SCSI
drives is quite small these days.
