Most monitors which support both Macintosh and PC come with
them. I guess this may have changed now that there is no
difference. Just search on the 'net. They range in price up
to about $30. If you have a first-generation powermac and want
to use the Audiovision connector (motherboard video) you need
an even less common adapter (that's the one I use on my 6100's
for headless operation).
