You will need to get some form of SCSI dock, either a small half moon style
ADB/SCSI mini dock, a mini dock that has everything but the kitchen sink (I'd
suggest Newer 16sc as it's the best of all around) and then you'd need either
a cable with HDI-30 male on one end and Centronics 50 male on other end, or a
small SCSI adapter that converts the HDI-30 to something else more common like
DB-25 or Centronis 50 and any plain vanilla SCSI cable.

One thing you need to keep in mind when buying a SCSI cable, make sure it's
not for SCSI Disk mode or your Duo would become an external hard drive to that
CD ROM.

Then SCSI adapter I have changes the SCSI port to DB-25 and contains a switch
to enable disk mode or as standard SCSI port. I also use Newertech SCSI
minidick as it's very small.
