Has any PB2400c user ever had the click" bar, just south of the TrackPad go tits up on them? Mine had been acting up for a few weeks. . not staying "clicked while I was holding it down to do drag operations. Suddenly, last Thursday night it simply quit on me, while dragging about 250 Netscape cache (cache41042.jpg) files to the Trash. Of course, all those little cache buggars dropped and spread out all over the DeskTop -and it took me a half hour to round them up and Trash them -after plugging a standard mouse into the ADB. I just wondered who fixes these antiques anymore and are there even parts out there to do the job, if I can find someone to work on it? Does Kevin at MCE do repairs -or do they just do upgrades at MCE? I suppose I can simply use a mouse from now on, but, it is one more thing to throw into the overnight bag -and reaching for the mouse, disrupts the flow" of using a PowerBook. Any idea welcome. ---------- Duo/2400 List, The friendliest place on the Net! A listserv for users and fans of Mac subportables.
