Joy oh Joy!!! I got my machine to charge the batteries again. In fact, one of them was still full. My multimeter was bad! At anyrate, I replaced the F2 5-amp surface mount fuse after a very hairy operation. But it worked! It's Alive! It's alive!!! Thanks all very much for your help. I will try to get together a document and give to somebody here to keep on their web site. I did take pictures along the way. It's ugly, but it's sure is functional. IT'S ALIVE!
