The charger and power supply might be worth another $30 for those
who need them... the batteries (as with any used batteries) are
useless unless you can give some indication of the performance
(i.e.: "Runs for 90 minutes working with Word documents...").
The Etherdock and floppy are probably worth another $40, again
only to those who need/want them...

My opinion is that software is completely useless if pre-installed.
It could only be considered to have monetary value if the whole
distribution is for sale, with installation media, manuals,
warranty, box, etc. If that's the case then you might want to
offer it separately.
So overall, if someone needs/wants all the extras and the batteries
are actually still good, then $250 is a good, reasonable price IMO.
