It also seems to matter whether you are using a PPC or 68K. I used to have a satellite tracking program using SoftwareFPU that would frequently bomb when running on my 604e equipped Mac. When we had that same program running on a 68040-equipped laptop, it ran for 3 months constantly. (The laptop was in our lobby.
