Steve, apparently you have an E-Machines EtherDock ... well why didn't you say so?

Looks like it is back to eBay for you. I finally found a compatible EtherDock on eBay
so I know they are out there. However, I acquired a few incompatible ones along the
way :-) which I haven't quite gotten around to selling yet. Some people just don't
know how to read a serial number!
