Duo RAM modules.
The seller replied to my email.
Alas, they are only 4 or 8Mb modules.
Sorry to waste all our time. Worth a look at the time!
If anyone has a *spare* larger RAM module suitable
for a Duo 2300, and you are reasonable & genuine,
