Nope, not as far as I know.  All the USB cards are PCI cards.  All the USB
conversion widgets (USB-ADB, etc.) all assume that the Mac is USB-capable
and that you're trying to use legacy peripherals.  Now, there are some of
those cute USB devices that have counterparts that run off a PC's parallel
port.  And there was, once upon a time, a NuBus-parallel card.  But that, I
think exhausts all the possibilities.
