FYI: instructions on how to rebuild a battery pack can be found at

As far as the cells, you need ten 4/5th A Cells, with soldering tabs.
These can be had from http://www.advanced-battery.com/
I'm planning on undertaking this project in the next few weeks...
(I'm only getting about 30 minutes out of my battery).
