Heat (energy) is not going to flow from a lower temperature to a high temperature
(exactly the opposite)- ie if the heatsink is hotter than the CPU is also hotter
-likely by more than the difference in heatsink temperatures, since the eff. is less
and therefore a higher delta is required to reach equilibrium.
