Not a recent problem caused be current viruses. This has been an intermittent problem for the last three years. I don't change my email address lightly. They are really well aware of the problem, because there are thousands that have been affected by this problem. Check out the newsgroups on this. If it hasn't hit you, consider yourself lucky. I didn't know I was having problems for those 6 weeks, because I still got most of my email. They also sent messages from me into the ether, never to be seen again, or bounced back to me. Even their tech told me to get another email service, because, although they may have cable sussed out, they're clueless about email. It has improved over the last year, however, and if you're new to them, you may not have experienced this PITA situation.
