Do you hear any ticking noises at all? That's a common problem with these
docks. Also, have you tried standard things like PRAM zappings, complete
power removal (AC, main battery, PRAM Bat), and a power manager reset? It
does seem weird... I take it the duo works on the A/C adapter?
