Joshuha - When I used their 45 day free trial, I set up separate
configurations sets for Apple Talk, Remote Access and TCP/IP. I don't
recall exactly what I did but it didn't take long to figure it out. My
internal modem is the GV 19.9 using Global Fax 2.5.5 and the GV modem
script.

I've got a back up someplace, so if you still have problems, email back
and I look up the specifics.

Location manager came in real handy what with dock & portable settings,
regular local ISP, and AOL in several locations. Only problems was Apple
Talk still needed to be reset manually when going from portable to dock.
