Consider finding a program that sends your equipment overseas to a needy country. for example, here in australia, a number of NGOs are shipping used computing gear to east timor, a new nation which had 90% of it's infrastructure (such as it was) destroyed by rampaging indonesion militia after they voted for independance. mostly they are shipping PC equipment with linux installed, but they may be open to mac donations - tell them about PPCLinux while you are there!
