This is quite right. The wrong IP address is linked to the name because the 
ISP's DNS list hasn't been updated--a newer list exists--or perhaps a 
corrupted lists is being used (if that is possible, I don't know). Thus the 
name is translated  to an IP via the list but it is the wrong IP. When the 
new or updated list is utilized, the name is translated to the correct IP. 
So at 5 pm you try sunrem.com and can't there. Half an hour later you try 
it and it works as the DNS (server) list has been updated.
