You could maybe sign onto one of the Durocom network providers...they have reciprocity...if you sign onto one provider in the network, you can use any of them anywhere...you have to call to get info about how to sign in tho, as if you're signing onto a diff service you have to do something your login name, and you have to get the # of course.
