Another method is to use Disk Copy and make a Disk Image that mounts on the desktop whenever you start your computer. Give it the name "Browser Cache" and connect it to the browser through "Edit/Preferences/Web browser/advanced/cache/change location" for IE or "Edit/Preferences/advanced/cache/choose" for Navigator.
