I haven't dealt with Outpost recently. The last time I ordered something from them was when they were still offering free overnight delivery (that was awesome, wasn't it - they even included overnight saturday delivery for free!) Anyway, I've read a lot of reviews on them from pricegrabber.com and a lot of people seem to complain that their email customer service is bad. I usually avoid trying to contact through email, and call them directly to speak with a human on the phone. Usually things go much smoother that way. So, perhaps you should give them a call.
