Linux should work according to www.mac.linux-m68k.org. You could also look at NetBSD www.netbsd.org/Ports/mac68k/ . You might need a FPU chip. Anyway, it's probably easier to use a MacOS product, but Unix-based machines make great routers once you get them set up right.
