IIRC, the logic board for the LWP630 runs vertically up one side. Look closely and I'm sure you can find the set of magic screws that will allow you to liberate the logic board from the case (be careful of ribbon cables!) and install the RAM. I used to manage a network with many 630's, but that was about 7 years ago, so my memory is a tad rusty.
