For a powerbook duo,

Does the pram battery get charged by the NiMH battery if the NiMH
batttery is charged and present?

Does the pram battery get charged if no NiMH battery is present, the duo
is turned off but is connected to an AC source

via its AC adapter or

via its AC adatpter via an apple minidock or

via a plugged in duodock?

Will leaving a duo disconnected from any power-up source (ie. no AC
power and no NiMH battery inserted)

1) cause the pram battery to run down faster than it would if it were
connected to a power source?

2) shorten the life of the pram battery?

Thanks,

stephen kenda
