Duets I just got a battery for my 2300c. It's been a problematic machine to start with. The Duo will not recognize the battery. So, how do I determine (a) if the battery is any good, and; (b) if it is, how do I get the Duo to see it.
I'm well acquainted to more than basic Mac desktop stuff but laptops are a new adventure.
