You and Andrew are absolutely RIGHT!!! Yeah, from a guy who used to race
formula and sports cars (and who safety wired with stainless steel finely
drilled aircraft bolts), and built race engines using Loctite, I should know
better. Probably should have at least tipped them pesky 2400 screws with
silicon gasket sealer (but my tube was all dried out) and I didn't want to
wait to chase Loctite the next day all over Switzerland (it's not California
with 364 day 24 hour shopping)....!!!  Also, believe it or not, there is no
such thing as a USA style or FAP style auto parts store here. The Swiss
market tries to keep all this more proprietary for the vested interests of
its mechanics. Unbelievable!!! Then yuh know, kinda impatient when in  the
middle of a job...but that isn't the first time (my) impatience begat a
whole host of other problems--but I didn't even think of nail polish! (Not
being a cross-dresser type, couldn't bend my brain enough to think of this
clever substitute ;-)!
